Malaysia Shipping

  • Free shipping within West Malaysia.
  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Kota Damansara, Selangor.

Order Processing & Production

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours.
  • Each custom car cover is tailored upon order, which takes approximately 10-14 working days to craft.
  • Once completed, we conduct quality checks before packaging and dispatch.

Shipping Times (Malaysia)

  • Standard Shipping (Tracked): 1-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: Available upon request

International Shipping

  • Standard Shipping (Asia): 5-7 business days
  • Standard Shipping (Rest of the World): 7-10 business days
  • Rates vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Import Taxes & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in the shipping rate and must be borne by the customer upon delivery.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on applicable charges before placing your order.

Same-Day Purchases

  • Not available as our covers are custom-made upon order.
  • However, you can visit our retail store in Kota Damansara to explore our covers and feel the material in person.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

  • If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery timeframe or is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date (as per tracking details).
