Damages and issues

If you believe that you have received a defective cover, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photo evidence of the defect in order to process your claim. If your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement cover as soon as possible.

For all other products, To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom tailored car covers. Since each cover is custom-made to fit your specific vehicle, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
