Damages and issues
- If you believe that you have received a defective cover, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photo evidence of the defect in order to process your claim. If your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement cover as soon as possible.
- For all other products, To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like our custom tailored car cover. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds or Exchanges
- Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom tailored car covers. Since each cover is custom-made to fit your specific vehicle, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
- All duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred on international shipments are non-refundable.
- These charges are imposed by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- In the event of a return, any such fees paid will not be reimbursed.
